Thanks for the prompt delivery. Product is working good, but yes there was a bit complicated / cumbersome for installing on the system It is suggested that for the ease of aged persons or not so computer literate the installing procedure should be self driven (such as preloaded programme). Once the device is attached with system through USB it is self loaded in the system and becomes operative.
