Unlock USB Token Online Service

In case you have forgot your User PIN, we can unblock your USB Token and save your money on buying new DSC.

As of now following tokens can be unblocked:

• ePass 2003
• ePass 2003 Auto
• Gemalto
• Trust Key

Although all tokens can be unlocked but sometimes due to technical error, it may be possible that some tokens can not be unlocked. In that case if you have paid, don't worry we will refund you the amount.

The process for unlock is very simple as under:

• Select your USB Token (from right side panel)
• Make payment online
• We will call you and take your system on remote (Teamviewer) and unblock your token online.

For faster unlock, make sure that you have Teamviewer or Ammyy install in your PC.

This service will be provided in working hours only i.e. from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Mon to Sat, except public holidays.
